Firm Workspace Initialization & Managing Partner Access
Managing Partner / Firm Administrator
  1. Access the enterprise portal at https://isa.khanwco.net.
  2. Enter your official practitioner corporate email and password.
  3. Click the Verify & Sign In button (or use Magic-Link / OTP for passwordless authentication).
  4. The platform opens your firm's sovereign workspace, directing you to the Executive Hub cockpit.
Standard Display: The Executive Hub displays active client engagements, live compliance percentages, and the operational module navigation bar.

Terms of Reference (TOR) Synthesis & Framework Grounding
Audit Manager / Lead Partner
  1. In the primary navigation bar, open the Modify Scope & TOR section.
  2. Review pre-loaded regulatory frameworks or select your client's governing standard:

    • 🇸🇦/🇦🇪 GCC (SAMA & CBUAE) — Regional Banking & Insurance Regulations

  3. Click Synthesize Grounded Draft TOR to generate the 4-layer grounded audit procedure clauses.
  4. Verify the synthesized clauses and click Save & Apply TOR ➔ (or Export Signed TOR (PDF) for formal client execution).

Materiality Calibration (ISA 320) & Allocation
Audit Manager
  1. Navigate to the Materiality (ISA 320) workbench.
  2. Utilize the ISA 320 Interactive Materiality Benchmark Calculator to calibrate thresholds against Revenue, Profit Before Tax, or Total Assets.
  3. Review the auto-computed Planning Materiality and Performance Materiality %.
  4. Confirm engagement allocation by clicking Pick & Assign to Active Engagement ➔.

Trial Balance Ingestion & Financial Lead Schedules (A through G)
Senior Field Auditor / Audit Team
  1. Access the Lead Schedules (A–G) analytical review module.
  2. Click Import Legacy Excel / TB to ingest client trial balance data.
  3. Click Apply to Live Lead Schedules to classify trial balance lines automatically across Lead Schedules A (Cash & Equivalents) through G (Equity & Reserves).
  4. Under each lead schedule, click Extract MUS Samples (8) to execute Monetary Unit Sampling.
  5. Inspect flagged items via Inspect Live Voucher ➔ and propose adjustments by clicking Post Proposed AJE.

  2. Mechanical Integrity (ASME/API): Click Open Boiler Ultrasonic NDT ➔, compute remaining life, and click Proceed to PE Engineering Seal ➔.
  3. Environmental / ESG Assurance: Navigate to GHG Carbon Ledger ➔ and execute Proceed to Lead HSE Auditor Seal ➔.
  4. Cybersecurity & ITGC: Execute Run SoD Conflict Analysis and click Next: CISA Statutory Seal.

  1. Open the Statutory Quorum Sign-Off governance dashboard.
  2. Verify that Preparer Sign-Off and Manager Review milestones are confirmed across all lead schedules.
  3. Click Generate AI Draft Sign-Off Memo to synthesize the Statutory Audit Sign-Off Memorandum summarizing Key Audit Matters (KAM).
  4. The Lead Engagement Partner reviews the memorandum and executes final authorization by clicking Execute Immutable Partner Merkle Lockdown 🔒.
Quorum Safety Gate: The platform enforces strict regulatory compliance; statutory opinion generation is unlocked only when all required manager and partner sign-offs are cryptographically sealed.

Statutory Audit Opinion Synthesis & Formal Dispatch
Managing Partner
  1. Upon quorum validation, the statutory audit reporting suite compiles the certified Independent Auditor's Report (ISA 700 / ISA 701).
  2. Review the synthesized Opinion (Unmodified, Qualified, Adverse, or Disclaimer) and Key Audit Matters.
  3. Click Print Draft Audit Working Paper / Report PDF to export the formal audit report dossier for delivery to the client's Board of Directors and statutory regulators.
